When You’re Feeling Low
It’s normal to feel low from time to time, but if these feelings persist, it’s important to take action. Recognising when you need help is a strong and positive step.
Signs You May Need Support:
-
Persistent sadness or low mood
-
Loss of interest in activities you usually enjoy
-
Difficulty concentrating or sleeping
-
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or hopeless
Looking after your well being is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. Small, consistent actions can make a big difference over time. Remember, asking for help is a sign of strength—not weakness. Support is always available, and you deserve to feel well and supported.
